This was my childhood home. My mom lived here for 53 years before downsizing.

The big side yard was for volley ball, soccer, tag, keep-away (I was the youngest) and so much more!

The creek was for adventures, discovering, and getting SUPER muddy!

This home has a unique charm and character that was completely reimagined by Uprise Investments' amazing design and renovation team in a way that I will be forever grateful!

I'm excited for the next family's adventures and wish them nothing but the best!

I can't begin to tell you how proud of my son and daughter in law we are. They became first time home owners today. Not only did they buy a home, they bought my childhood home. I will never forget going to see the house after Uprise redid the whole house and the kids went with us. Nevaeh had no attachment to the house, she had never even seen it. After we toured the house she told us that she wanted it. My heart was overjoyed with the possibility of them getting it. That house holds so many great memories that I will cherish forever and now they will make many more. We love you guys and are so proud of you. I know my mom is smiling down knowing that you guys will be taking care of our home.

Today we said good bye to our childhood home. It was truly bittersweet. To get the house ready, this past week we've given literal blood sweat and tears and with that an appreciation post is necessary! I know you were there for Dad but we were there for each other too and I wouldn't have wanted to do this with anyone else and I am so beyond thankful for you guys! I know Dad is beyond thankful and appreciative that we all showed up for him. Thank you for the dumpster to help us better navigate through and your offers of help and thank you for taking on this project and reassuring us how beautiful you are going to make the house. We recently bought our house in February from uprise investments. We immediately fell in love with how modern and updated the house was. We truly wanted a house we did not have to update and renovate. We absolutely love our new home. After we moved in our garage floor paint came up do to the winter weather.
