Why we do this.
We're from here. We grew up around Lima, we're raising our families here, and we've watched good houses sit empty and good streets lose a little ground. We started Uprise to do something about it — to buy, restore, and care for real estate in the place we call home. The work is personal: these are our neighbors, our streets, and the community we're invested in for the long run.

Everything we do is in-house. The same people who answer the phone also swing the hammers and look after our residents — our own construction crew handles the renovations, and our own team manages the properties we hold. No faceless management company, no rotating subcontractors. It's how we keep our standards high and stand behind our work.
